Cancellation Policy

We are committed to operating the 2024 camp season for you and your family.

If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

Day Camps:

  • Before April 15, 2024 (or earlier): Full cancellations before April 15th, will receive a full refund for all tuition paid, less a $125.00 cancellation fee.
  • April 15th or later, 2024: Cancel April 15, 2024, or later, and receive a credit, less a $125.00 cancellation fee. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family members or friends. Your credit may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program.

Overnight Camps:

  • Before April 15, 2024 (or earlier): Full cancellations before April 15th, will receive a full refund for all tuition paid, less a $300.00 cancellation fee.
  • April 15th or later, 2024: Cancel April 15, 2024, or later, and receive a credit, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family members or friends. Your credit may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program.

Credits: April 15, 2024, or later, credits only minus a $125.00 cancellation fee for Day Camps and a $300.00 cancellation fee for Overnight Camps.  Your available credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family members and friends. Your credit may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program.

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including vacation, summer school, illness) or who do not contact Phillies Baseball Academy to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.

Illness/Sickness: Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness will not receive a refund for days or weeks missed.

Conduct: Refunds or credits will not be issued for dismissals (ex. Behavioral incidents) once camp begins.

Code of Conduct

Jr. 76ers Overnight Camp will not tolerate chronically disruptive behavior. Chronically disruptive behavior is defined as verbal or physical activity which may include, but is not limited to, behavior that requires constant attention from the staff, inflicts physical or emotional harm on other players or the staff, or ongoing disregard for Overnight Camp rules. If a child cannot abide by our Overnight Camp rules, he or she may be discharged from the program. Upon notification of this behavior, the player will be dismissed from the remainder of the camp immediately. If a player has been dismissed from camp, the paid tuition amount will be non-refundable and re-enrollment will not be allowed in the future.

Medical Forms

You are required to submit your child’s current medical clearance, through the parent portal, including updated childhood immunization records, prior to May 1st.  For families registering after May 1st, please upload your child’s medical clearance form requirements as soon as possible. Parents and Guardians are part of our commitment to continue to provide a healthy camp community for our campers, staff, and their families. Your child cannot be placed on a roster until medical clearance forms have been received.
