Chronically disruptive behavior is defined as verbal or physical activity which may include, but is not limited to, behavior that requires constant attention from the staff, inflicts physical or emotional harm on other players or the staff, or ongoing disregard for Overnight Camp rules. If a child cannot abide by our Overnight Camp rules, he or she may be discharged from the program. Upon notification of this behavior, the player will be dismissed from the remainder of the camp immediately. If a player has been dismissed from camp, the paid tuition amount will be non-refundable and re-enrollment will not be allowed in the future.
Medical Forms
You are required to submit your child’s current medical clearance, through the parent portal, including updated childhood immunization records, prior to May 1st. For families registering after May 1st, please upload your child’s medical clearance form requirements as soon as possible. Parents and Guardians are part of our commitment to continue to provide a healthy camp community for our campers, staff, and their families. Your child cannot be placed on a roster until medical clearance forms have been received.
